It’s been on my want list for some time now. Played by Top Buzz at Dreamscape 2, it’s limited pressing has meant it’s become one of the more sought after old skool tunes. Then, about 5 weeks ago it was announced that a repress was going to be made and it’s going to be on different coloured vinyl. Good news if you are after a copy.
Recent history dictates that the normal sequence of events for a tune with a repress looming are:
- Ebay is flooded with copies
- Prices drop
- Demand dwindles
Er, no … not in this case. August 2004, this made £65 on Ebay. In April 2005 it sold for £165, a high price, but not that way off the average for the time. In July 2006, it sells for a staggering £185!
