A couple of months ago the wife mentioned to me she’d seen Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall cook some pigs’ cheeks on his River Cottage show. I’m always up for a culinary challenge so I went down to my local butchers to see if I could source some. That proved to be a little trickier than I thought.
