Way back in the mid 80’s it was a hard to get info on the latest electro & hip hop releases. Blues & Soul was probably the choice but then Morgan Khan played a blinder with the release of The Street Scene in November 1985. Sadly it only lasted for 25 issues, and every one was pure quality.
