Cooking Pigs Cheeks

A couple of months ago the wife mentioned to me she’d seen Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall cook some pigs’ cheeks on his River Cottage show. I’m always up for a culinary challenge so I went down to my local butchers to see if I could source some. That proved to be a little trickier than I thought. A Game Of Chess Is Like A Sword Fight …

Happy New Year everyone.

1991 BBC Radio 4 UK Hip Hop Documentary

Spent the day ripping my way through some old TDK’s and amongst the Westwood shows I found this documentary I taped off Radio 4 way back in 1991. It features interviews with MC Mell’O’, Monie Love & the journalist Malu Halasa. Enjoy.

The audio is hosted by Sound Lantern. It’s the first time I’ve used this service (it’s like a youtube for audio). If you have any problems with playback, please drop me a line.
